Shipping Policy

  • All purchases over $75 receive free ground shipping for all mainland states.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Military Addresses do not qualify for free ground delivery.
  • Most orders ship within 12-48 hours - weekends and holidays excluded
  • Items ordered together may ship separately
  • This promotion is for all products listed on our site, *EXCLUDING SURFBOARDS*
  • No promotion code necessary to get free shipping.
  • This promotion is only good for items on our online store. This promotion is not valid for retail store orders.
  • All orders shipped with free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping and handling charges.


Signatures are required for the delivery of the following orders:

  • All orders over $250.00
  • All first time Next Day Air orders
  • All first time orders with different bill to and ship to addresses
  • UPS will not deliver a box that is signature required without someone being available to sign for the package. If this is a problem give us a call when placing your order.
  • All suspect orders are subject to verification - orders will be held until verified.

  • UPS Ground: 3-7 days
  • UPS 2 Day Air: 2 - 3 Business Days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 - 2 Business Days
  • USPS Parcel Post (Military Addresses & P.O. Boxes): 7 - 10 Business Days

Return Policy:

All products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Product must be in like new condition and still have all tags and packaging. All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship according to the manufacturers warranty. Please enclose a copy of the receipt and reason for returning or e-mail Customer Service. Shipping costs will be refunded only if we shipped the wrong product or if the item was defective. All returns must be pre-paid, no COD's will be accepted.
